feel more "tired" working le.Especially ytd plus today totally don't have the mood ba and i'm getting weaker,losing my strength, spirit, determination.I know this world is unfair.but seeing the situations,people character there, i really can't take it.But at least i'm still able to work despite alot of "shits" i got in sudden or wad.
Everyone do have a mistake,especially when ppl r ill.Even though to some ppl, it might be an excuse but when u don even let the person take MC?Only thing know is to blame instead of encouraging.
if let's say is not on "ur" shift and i see like not enough ppl i confirm don care and juz take MC de lo regardless of any words from anyone.But in the end wad i get is that sentence from "u" and that attitude from u.damm disappointed until i feel like hack care everything and juz leave immediately..but for the sake of MYSELF i juz hav to tolerate for few weeks..
ppl who r very likeable get to sms in front of managers w/out scolding..lazy nothing happen,go toilet very long nothing happen,go break abit longer also nothing happen,because they know how to suck up to manager's ass.Thanks man cos i'm not that kind,so thinking of these i can be more positive..but there's still BUTS..cos UNFAIR!!
today on afternoon shift 2 person late...on the board only got 1 person hav late and the person is me..another one who r also often late can say almost everyday didn't write..thinking maybe i seldom late recently that's y u write so nvm lo even is so unfair and can see is so damm bias..
LAZY PEOPLE BUT KNOWS HOW TO SUCK UP TO R BEING LOVED.
but always remember one thing ..
-ppl who hav the ability don hav the suck up to..one day they will also find another way out!
even though i hate the place but at least i learn alot of things.That is, the good and the bad experiences.Should i say i have growed there?Hope so ba..!!
