THE WHOLE STORY.
my colleague fad..took her order kena scolded because she only wan vegetarian food..
by using that f*cking attitude..
secondly my another colleague nehneh.send a ice cream to the wrong table..accidentally send to the F** lady and even after several apology from neh neh..
she still keeps on barking..asking ask to be more attentive..
me!!!...who send to the food order to her...asking her to enjoy her dinner..give me that f*ucking face by asking WHAT IS THIS??!!!
i replied all veggie pizza MDM..in a very politely way +smile...
she answered..MAKE SUREU GIVE ME THE CORRECT ORDER...NO MEAT AH?
i replied..Yes mdm..still smiling but starting to be very fake..
i just walk off they started eating...i go inside and send orders..doing my things BECAUSE is very busy!!!can't she see!!!NB!!
after awhile i saw her eyes big big..(can fight with yk)staring inside..and i juz smile back..she ask me go out..ok i go out..fine!!

ME:SORRY MDM MY MGR IS BUSY AT THE MOMENT COS SHE IS ATTENDING TO OTHER CUSTOMER,CAN I PASS ANY MSG TO HER BEHALF OF U?

started to talk with mas..hey why ur staff did not tell u that i want to see u!?..
wa lau eh i started to say..hello i did ok..(voice abit loud)
she tell me"I'M NOT TALKING TO YOU OKAY!!!".......
she is a mother's of 2 child how can she behave this way?!..and twist story saying her son ask me to do thing i never!!!...i really feel like telling her off that is u who is always barking ...ur son also scare already where dare to talk...
I ANGRY UNTIL I REALLY SHOUT AT HER!..talk!@#$%^@#$^%!@#$^% to her..as she deserve it...lucky i hav a customer who wrote me a feedback form that they r impressed with my service..any negative comment should not be entertained!!,...
